Noi's vision was to create a casual yet classy vibe where people can enjoy their food. Noi describes their menu items as representing the historic blend of French influence in Southeast Asia, which now has a little Cayce flair!
Favorite combination: The Queen Bee sandwich with Mango Peach Tea.
Chris Souvanna
Chris is the jack of all trades. He brought Noi's design vision to life by doing all of the technical work in Little Bee—hanging up electrical wiring, setting up equipment, and installing fixtures. He also knows what he's doing in the kitchen and created Little Bee's menu with Noi.
Favorite combination: Honey Teriyaki Chicken sandwich with Thai Iced Coffee.
Dynamic Duo
The Souvannas have been at it, perfecting their craft as restaurant entrepreneurs throughout South Carolina and Georgia for nearly 20 years. After a roller coaster of successes and failures, they poured their heart and soul into Duke's Pad Thai, their first debut into Cayce. Through Duke's success, they are now eager to share their passion for food in Cayce through many new restaurants, the newest addition to the family being Little Bee Bun Mee Company.
